While we take care to process and dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. 3S Service LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Please note that all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be issued once an order has shipped.
Shipping Policy - the basics
1. Shipping Method
To help keep our prices as low as possible, we ship all orders via standard postal mail (such as USPS or your country’s national postal service). This method allows us to avoid high shipping fees and pass those savings on to you.
Please Note: Because we use basic postal mail, we do not include tracking information with standard orders.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages
