Refund Policy - the basics

No Refunds or Exchanges After Shipping

  • All orders are shipped via standard postal mail without tracking to keep shipping costs low.

  • Due to the nature of our shipping method and to maintain affordable pricing, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has shipped.

  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at helpdesk@ssstreams.com.

  • Include photos of the item and a description of the issue.

  • We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Because we do not provide tracking, we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped.

  • If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will assist in investigating but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before they have been processed and shipped.
