Due to the nature of our shipping method and to maintain affordable pricing, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

Lost or Delayed Packages

Because we do not provide tracking, we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped.
